CROSFEST A MUSIC FESTIVAL NOT TO BE MISSED.

Following popular demand we are back for our forth outdoor Music Festival to be held on the grounds of Crosfields A.R.L.F.C of Warrington Cheshire. Crosfields are one of the biggest amateur rugby league club in the country and are proud to be hosting this event.

There will be plenty of on site parking which will be free of charge on the day of the event.

BEST IN THE NORTH WEST

CROSFEST may not be the biggest musical festival in the North West but our aim is to continue to make this an annual event which will increase in size year on year offering more and more facilities as the years go.

SOMETHING FOR EVERYONE

Crosfest will have something for everyone. We are bringing together some of the towns young and up and coming new talent who will be complimented by a number of seasoned acts providing unrivalled entertainment and a variety of genres.

VALUE FOR MONEY

Compared to other UK festivals similar in size and capacity, Crosfest offers unbeatable value for money without cutting corners or cutting back on the experience on offer. Crosfest offers some of the cheapest festival tickets in the UK whilst providing the very best experience which rivals some of the bigger UK festivals. Under 16’s will be able to enter the festival {accompanied by an adult} for a fraction of some other festival tickets prices which provides a relatively low cost day out for all the family.

PARKING ONSITE

Onsite Parking is free at our festival which is located right next to our main entrance (no long and lengthy walks like other UK festivals). En-route to the event signage is available to direct you to onsite parking. Car park marshals are also available to help and assist with parking. Disabled parking available (please present your blue badge upon arrival). A drop off zone will also be will be made available. (Please follow signs for these on arrival). There will be plenty of parking available.

ACCESSABILITY

On arrival to the Crosfest festival disabled parking spaces are available and are located as close to the festival entrance as possible. The entrance is located around 30m from the carpark. The festival takes place on a flat grass field and is open to the elements so we do suggest if you are in a chair or scooter appropriate wheels are fitted if possible, especially if rain has been forecast. There are male and female accessible toilets and attendants are on hand if needed. A power point can be made available for customers who may need to charge their electrical wheelchair or scooter if required.

If you need to bring medication with you, we recommend bringing a doctor’s note or a prescription for it if it is not easily recognisable to our gate staff. ID must be present at all times. Carers tickets are available at a cheaper rate. Proof will be needed to gain entry to the festival. To book this you will need to book a standard adult ticket for yourself, and your carer is to book a teen ticket regardless of ages. This gives the carer a discount.

TICKET SALES

Tickets can be purchased through this website. Go to the home page and click on ‘Buy Tickets Now’ at the top of the page. Once you purchase your ticket, through our secure payment system, you will receive an email which will become your proof of purchase.

Within two weeks of the event starting you will receive a wrist band which will have its own unique reference number linked to your booking. Please wear the wrist band before entering the event.

As long as you have your wrist band on you are free to come and go from the venue, however: Last entries into the event will be 20:00hrs.

WELFARE & SECURITY

The conditions of attendance are that you consent to a bag search prior to entry into the compound.
Wristbands must be worn at all times, they are not transferrable and must be shown to security staff upon request.

Any abusive behaviour will not be tolerated and may lead to your expulsion.

The Crosfest Staff are volunteers and are here to ensure we remain safe at all times. Please be responsible with your alcohol consumption so we can maintain a duty of care.

Do not leave valuables unattended.

When exiting the site please be mindful of the local residents and be respectful with your noise and behaviour, we would like to run this festival again if possible

CHAIR AND BLANKETS

The use of picnic blankets and camp chairs are permitted provided they are not positioned to cause an obstruction with emergency escape routes. If in doubt ask a staff member.

ALCOHOL

You cannot bring your own alcohol on to the site.

Plastic cups only for alcohol and please dispose off any waste in the provided bins.

Food and drink are not permitted to be taken off the festival compound.

TOILETS

The toilets will be available both in the clubhouse and outside in the portaloo facilities. Please respect the toilets and leave in a condition you wish them to be found.

DOGS

Unfortunately there are NO DOGS allowed on the site for the duration of the festival, however; there  are exceptions for guide and care dogs prior to previous approval.

CHILDREN

You are responsible for the behaviour and welfare of your own children.  Whilst we endeavour to provide as safe an environment as we can please ensure you know where they are at all times. Persistent bad behaviour or abusive language from either parent or child will potentially result in expulsion from the event.
